Abstract

|
Anomalous dilatation of venous drainage from right internal thoracic vein to SVC is rare condition. A 36-year-old woman was admitted to the emergency department with atypical anterior chest pain. Her past medical history, initial vital sign and EKG are non-specific. Dynamic chest computed tomography with contrast enhancement was done. The CT findings reveal anomalous dilatation of venous drainage from right internal thoracic vein to SVC. We report a case of anomalous dilatation of right internal thoracic venous drainage causing atypical chest pain.
